The opening collection draws on titles from Grupo Vilbo, Barcelona — publisher of So Good, one of the world's most respected professional pastry and chocolate journals. Titles are priced between ₹9,000 and ₹35,000. These are working references, not decorative ones.
Every title in the collection is selected by Divyamansingh Thakur — drawing on 18 years of operational culinary experience. The question asked of every title is not "is this prestigious?" but "would a serious professional find this genuinely useful?" The Atelier is being prepared now.
