We work as a co-owner of the project management function — not as an external consultant who reviews reports and moves on. That means a single point of accountability across all eight phases, with the same person present at feasibility and at handover.

The eight phases exist not to impose structure — but to make sure that at every stage, the client is genuinely ready to move forward. Not pushed by timeline, not pulled by momentum. A project that moves faster than the people inside it fails. Our job is to hold the pace the work actually demands.
