A & H Ventures ("AHV", "we", "us") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. We collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose stated, and do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

What we collect and why

• Document downloads: Your name, email address, and an optional intent field. Used to deliver the requested document and, with your explicit consent, to send occasional updates from AHV. Retained for three years from the date of collection.
• ERA Assessment: Name and email address submitted for your assessment results. Used solely to return your scored report. Retained for three years.
• General enquiries (email to contact@a-h-ventures.com): Any personal data you choose to include. Retained for the duration of our correspondence and for three years thereafter.
• Website analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. No identifiable visitor information is stored.

How we use your data

We process personal data for two purposes only: (a) to fulfil the specific service you requested, and (b) where you have given explicit consent, to send you updates about AHV's work. We do not profile visitors, run remarketing campaigns, or share data with advertising networks.

Who has access

Your data is processed by AHV and by our email delivery provider, Resend, Inc., acting as a Data Processor. Resend is used solely to transmit documents to your inbox. No other third parties have access to your personal data.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use for aggregate traffic measurement, operates without cookies and without collecting personal data.

International visitors

This website is operated from India. If you access it from outside India, your data will be processed in India subject to Indian law. By submitting a form on this site, you acknowledge this.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
